Krig, terror og andre sjove ting

Showet "Krig, terror og andre sjove ting" af komikeren Omar Marzouk kørte for fulde huse i Danmark i foråret 2005 og mere end 15.000 publikummer så det ca. 90 minutter lange show, som blev foreviget på DVD i Det Ny Teater. Det er kontroversielt og ustyrlig morsomt, og der er masser af ekstramateriale.

Siden har Omar optrådt for fulde huse på Fringe Festivalen i Edinburgh, verdens største comedy festival. Showet blev modtaget med begejstring hos både publikum og anmeldere fra flere engelske aviser. I efteråret optrædte Omar tre gange på det legendariske London Soho Theater og har i den forbindelse en stor feature i Time Out, den største guide til Londons underholdningsscene. Omars satiriske vinkel på krig og terror bliver også hørt i USA. Både News Week og Los Angeles Times interviewer Omar i forbindelse med hans show.
